The
Jarlmadangah Store is another community initiative.
After being Chairperson of the Community from 1998 to 2000,
Leslie Butt now co-ordinates the day to day running
of the store. Two years ago community members began building
the store with their own money. Some outside help was needed
to furnish the interior, but the shop again represents the
ideal of building the community from within. |
